Julie Wallace (President/Owner of Sanford Mortgage Corp d/b/a Key West Mortgage) is originally from Houston, Texas and started her mortgage career in the Houston and Austin real estate markets.  She moved to Central Florida in 1989 and has worked since establishing herself as one of the premier quality mortgage loan originators in the state.  She offers over 30 years of mortgage lending experience in processing, loan origination, closings, underwriting, marketing and management.  Julie opened Sanford Mortgage Corporation in 2004 and upon moving to Key West full time with her husband George in 2013 opened a second location in the Florida Keys.  Julie is the Principal Broker of both locations.
